Donation Form Plugin & Fields by Category Problem

Hi, sorry if I overlooked any previous discussions about this.
I am using the Donation Form Plugin to include my donation forms in content articles.

Problem, I want to use different fields for diff campaigns but I think using the plugin changes the way the campaign is "seen" because if I set a field to a particular campaign, it won't show up on my article's form BUT if I set the field to "all campaigns" the field shows up.

I hope this makes sense.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the extension . The latest version has this issue fixed . if you still get problem, feel free to send me your site information so that I can check it for you .

Would you be able to email it to me? I am sorry but I have consistently had a problem getting it off your website. My computer doesn't recognize the zip file but it does when you email it.

Winzip says "it does not appear to be a valid archive"
