Recurring problem was created by Jeff
When people using one time donate there is no problem if you choose recurring bottom it will come out error message. This recipient is currently unable to receive money.

I am afraid of this is something wrong with your Paypal account. Could you please try to email Paypal and ask them to check your Paypal account for you ?

Please also send me the link to the donation page so that I can try it myself !
