Reference # not appearing in administrator emails

Reference # not appearing in administrator emails was created by alltp
When a donation is made and an email is sent to the administrator, the Reference # is not appearing. I have tested this by entering a fake transaction with the Reference # in the Reference # field and the Comments field. It shows up in the Comments field but not the Reference # field.

Please help.

What's Reference # ? Could you please make a screenshot explain the problem so that I can check and fix it ?

If the reference # is filled out on this picture 1, it does not show up in the email on picture 2.

That's strange. It seems something is wrong here. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check and solve it for you ?
