We're setting up Joom Donation to work with Authorize.Net in test mode and it keeps failing authentation. We have triple-checked the API and Transaction keys and they match exactly. Where should I start looking to diagnose the problem?

Hi

First of all , please make sure you are using latest version of the extension by downloading latest version from our site (current version is 2.6.3) .

Please make sure you are using a correct API Logain and API password . In this case , you are running test mode, you can try mine :

API Login : 2Sht9m67PD

Transaction Key : 35J2rq5d6LtJ2Yg6


That works . So I must be something wrong with your merchant account .

I already had the most recent version of the extension and I discovered what the problem was. Even though the Merchant account was in Test mode, I needed to set it to 'Live Mode' in my Joomla configuration for it to work properly. Now it works perfectly with a standard donation.

That has fixed the starting issues, however, the submit button has stopped working when using the recurring donation feature. I enabled the 'Fix the broken submit button' checkbox, but it still will not post the form if I select 'recurring donation' and an amount. I double-checked the Merchant account, and they have purchased the recurring donation feature, can you please advise?
