mod_jdonation payment method dropdown error was created by Mitchell Ogden
The payment method drop down in the mod_jdonation doesn't have any item in it to choose from.

Hi

Could you please let us know what version of the extension you are using ? Maybe you are using an old version of the extension ?

You can submit a support ticket sending us administrator and FTP account of your site. We will check and solve it for you .

That's strange. In this case, please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can correct it for you. It is really strange, we haven't no other customers report issue like this before.

What version of the extension you are using ? Maybe you are using an old version of Joom Donation ? The latest version of Joom Donation is now 3.2.

Hi Tuan,

I have just purchased Joom Donation and have 3.2 installed. Is there anyway to skip that first page with amount and Payment method and go directly to the Online Donation page (Page with Next button).

Maybe you can simply create a menu item to link to donation page ? Users can click on that menu item to go to donation form directly ?
