Error while saving field

When attempting to add a new filed to a campaign I get the following error...
"Error while saving field"

Could you let me know what version are you using ? Please make sure you are using version 2.6.1 . If you are using this version and still see error, please submit a support ticket contains your site information so that we can check and fix it for you .
