Raising the redirection message for pay pal

hi, can you tell me please if it is possible to raise the paypal redirection message on a web page. Currently when joom donation redirects, the message, "Please wait while you are redirected to Paypal for making payment"...., is very low on the page. Most people can not see it without scrolling down the page. They think nothing is happening.

I guest something wrong with your site template . Basically, the message should be displayed in top of the page, not in the bottom as you said .

thank you for your reply. the fund raising goes live april 17, so i have not made it published viewing. if you can please tell me when you anticipate being able to look at this, i can publish the menu so you can view the fund raising area. we can leave it live for a few hours either way of your time.
