How do I set different minimums in campaigns?

I am looking to have different minimum donation amount in separate campains. I can see where I can set a minimum for the default amount but when I enter campaign pre-defined amounts they are set too specific. Lets say for a certain type of donation campaign I want a minimum of $150 but no maximum. And for another $100 but no maximum. How would I accomplish this without putting every possibility into the pre-defined amount box?

Also why is it possible to have two amount boxes present. I can have a predetermined amount that is the overidden by the default box, not sure that is very clear to my donors.

First of all, the extension doesn't allow you to set different minimum donation amount for different campaigns. The minimum donation amount is a global setting and use for all campaigns.

For the donation amount textbox, it is used so that if users don't want to use any pre-defined amounts, they can enter the own amount they want to donate. If you don't want to display that amount textbox, you can go to Joom Donation -> Configuration, find the config option Display Amount textbox, set it to No.
