Donation form not working

I've set up the donation form but cannot get it to actusally go past the first page. Clicking the next button has no effect. Please help with this, it's urgent as we're waiting fo rthis to be fixed so we can go live on the site!

It is just some javascript conflict with the template the client is using. I checked together with him and get it fixed .
