Hi - I have gone live with my JoomDonation site, and most things appear to be working, but there is still a problem with recurring donations. To test it, I was able to use JoomDonation to set up a daily recurring donation through Paypal, using the "pay gateway fee" option as well. It has been going on for 3 days, and the actual payments themselves are occurring correctly.
However, there are AT LEAST THREE different bugs with how it is getting reported back through JoomDonation:
1. I am not receiving confirmation emails for each payment. I only received the confirmation email for the first payment after I created the recurring donation. The next two payments happened with no confirmation / receipt email.
2. The admin email is receiving some confirmations each time a payment is received, but the amounts are wrong! Each Paypal payment has actually been for $1.02. The original email notification correctly showed this amount. However, the 2nd email notification (for the next recurring payment) showed the amount incorrectly as $1.00 (it was actually $1.02), and the 3rd email notification (for the 3rd recurring payment) showed the amount as $3.02 (again, it was actually $1.02).
3. The Donors list in JoomDonation is getting it wrong, too. Currently it shows the donation amount as $3.02. The total for the three recurring donations so far is actually $3.06.
4. I really need the individual donations in the donor list to be listed by the date on which they occurred. It looks like JoomDonation is currently lumping all the recurring payments into one line and just updating the total. Even if the total was correct, I need a listing by date and the corresponding Paypal transaction ID, just like all the individual payments do it.
The recurring payments wouldn't work at all with the test sandbox, so I had to go live in order to test this. So, I would appreciate it if you could please help to correct this as soon as possible. I also submitted a ticket with this issue and my site login and ftp information.
