Receipt does not capture campaign

Hello,

I am using JoomDonation with FirstData. I noticed that when making a donation, donors are required to select a campaign (I made this a requirement). However, once the donation is processed and the receipt is sent and the donor information is stored in my JoomDonation Donors panel, the selected campaign information is not there.

Do you know why that may be happening?

That's strange. I believe no-one get issue like this. Could you please send me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check it for you ?
