I know I could have inserted the donation form into content, but tried that and had formatting and module alignment issues. It turned out to be easier to create a menu item for the donation form.
What I want to be able to do is actually hide the menu item because I want site visitors to arrive at the donation form from a link on a different page.
There should be a simple way to do this, I just don't know how!
