Custom Message Campaign

Hi, sorry in advance if this topic exits yet, but i search it a lot of time and i can't find it. I think it's a basic question.

I need to define different messages for different campaign.
For example, for campaign one i need the description "for kids donation". In the second campaign i need the description "for women only".
But when i write it in Campaign>Messages it doesn't appear changed.

Please, help me.
