I am running Joom Donation version 2.9.1 with Joomla 2.5.7, and JomSocial 2.6.2.
Is it possible to restrict donations to registered members? The reason I’m asking the question is because of the following situation.
When a new user creates an account there are several profile fields that are required as part of the normal JomSocial registration process. However, if a new user makes a donation first, it creates a user profile without those required profile fields such as gender, city, state. So now they can activate their profile by confirming their email and those required fields are not populated.
It is too soon for me know if this would cause any problems. I’m just looking for some options or opinions about any potential issues.
