Membership integration with JoomDonation

I recently purchased JoomDonation and I am really enjoying it. I contacted you befor ethe holidays with some questions that you mentioned could be addressed in the new year. I had a new question as well about MembershipPro, so I thought I would contact you here

Is it possible to use MembershipPro with JoomDonation? I.e. if people donate enough money, they qualify for membership? Currently, I have to do this all manually, and it is difficult to stay on top of expiration dates etc. Please let me know, as I would be happy to buy MembershipPro from you if this is possible.

Also - my previous questions:
1) I need a way to allow multiple donations on one transaction - i.e. a button saying "donate to an additional campaign" that would bring up a second campaign dropdown menu, and amount selector. I am willing to pay for this development!!! Please let me know.

2) In JoomDonation there are twp modules that I use - the campaign module and the jdonate module. When someone clicks donate on the campaign module, the proper campaign is selected by default on the order form. When someone clicks donate on the jdonate module, no campaign is selected by default on the order form. I would like the jdonate module to work in the same way. I have attached two screenshots of the backend settings pages - the jdonate module is missing one setting (Campaign IDs) that the campaign module seems to have.
