Predefined amounts not working per campaign

Hi,

I have predefined donation amounts in the general configuration settings. I also have specific predefined donation amounts for a specific campaign. I have that campaign being called in via the plugin, but it's showing the general configuration option, not the specific campaign options. Can you think of why this would be broken like this?

Never mind, I had made two mistakes.

1) I had not set the option to allow custom amounts per campaign
2) I had listed my amounts with the currency symbol (for example, I wrote "$18" not "18")
