Donor listing quit posting new donations

I purchased the mod last month, everything was working well. The last week
all donors quit listing. I check the backend for the donations and they do show but it
does not publish them. I have not changed anything to it.
Why would the thing just stop publishing the donors?

Did you install any security plugin like RS Firewall, Admin Tools pro to your site recently ? These type of plugin usually block Paypal IPN messages and it is the reason causing the problem .

What plugin you installed recently ? It should allow us to add IP of Paypal to whitelist and it should solve the issue.

Maybe you can ask RSFirewall to see whether there are any config options show that it won't block IPN messages from Paypal ? I believe it should have a config option for that .

I went to RSFirewall and got some support from them as well on this. I completely disabled RSFirewall
and it still will not publish the donor once the donation is complete. It does log the information
and I can manually publish the donor but it quit doing it automatically after a donation is complete.

I think the reason is because Paypal IPN is disabled on your Paypal account (Paypal will disable IPN on your account automatically if the IPN messages are blocked).

In this case, please login to your Paypal account, re-enable Paypal IPN. Paypal will ask for IPN URL, simply enter

(Make sure you replace yourdomain.com with your site url) .
