Recurring Donations Error Message

My Joom Donation is giving me the following error message when trying to make a recurring donation:

Joomla Donation - Donation failure
Your gift was unable to be processed
Reason

User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values.
Click here to try to make your gift again

Can you assist me to resolve this? Thanks!

I have many clients and no one reported issues like this before. There maybe a problem with your authorize.net merchant account. Please submit a support ticket contains your site information (FTP account and Joomla administrator account) so that we can check it for you .
