Fields in email forms not working

hello, though I've read the forum about custom fields, it absolutely does not work on install. Though [DONATION_DETAIL] works fine, there is a field where we call out the donors name in the thank you/user email [FIRST_NAME] and then later we use [JD_DONATION_AMOUNT] to alert the user in the email how much they entered.

In the email itself, it shows these as is and not the values.

also I just purchased this feature and the component was added to my list. I noted in previous forum posts you've asked others to download the latest version. Was an old outdated ver added to my account?

To show the donation amount in the email, please use [AMOUNT] tag, not [JD_DONATION_AMOUNT] .

The version which you can download in My Downloads menu item is always latest version. So you are having latest version of the extension .

Issue Solved.

Our issue was with Sendmail (refusing to send to local domains). We've corrected that and now everything works as should. Thank you!
