Donate Me not working!!

Hello-

We have had an open support ticket for 7 days now, ticket #7704. When a visitor on our test site processes a donation via Donate Me, it is not shown on that user's profile. The donation processes correctly through paypal, and the card is charged, and the donation shows up on the back end on the list of donors. However, the user's profile still shows "This user haven't received any donations yet."

Can we PLEASE have this fixed?!?! We have a major fundraising campaign that is waiting on this.
