Donors not showing in backend

Hello,
We are having trouble with JoomDonate. When someone makes a donation, their donation does not show up in the backend. What do I need to do to fix this? I am using Joomla 1.5, and the latest version of JoomDonate.

Hi Dave

The issue may cause by IPN is disabled in your Paypal account. Could you please login to your Paypal account, access to History -> IPN History to see there are any IPN messages sent to your site ? If yes, then what's the status ?

I checked the IPN history, and the donation is there, but it says that the Delivery Status is disabled. Could that be why it isn't working?

Do I need to change the notification URL? I also have Admin Tools installed, so is that a part of it?

I just figured it out. I changed the Notification URL to mydomain.org/index.php?option=com_jdonation&task=payment_confirm&payment_method=os_paypal
I then enabled Messages, and that fixed it.

Yes. It seems the IPN notification URL in your Paypal account was setup for different extension before and that's the reason it didn't work . Great to hear it works well now !
