No Checkbox or Radio List

I have two issues (that may be related):

1. I have "Yes" selected for Show Terms and Conditions Checkbox, however, no box appears. User is not able to check that they agree to the Terms and Conditions.

2. I have pre-defined donation amounts entered. When I choose radio list (preferred), no selection circles appear (just the amounts). When I choose drop-down list and select an amount in the list, I get a message that states "Please choose from the pre-defined amounts or enter your own amount in the textbox" as though they system does not recognize that a selection has been made.[/ol]

What version are you using ? Please make sure you are using the latest vesrion (version 2.6) . If you are using the latest version, please submit a support ticket contains your site information so that I can check for you .

I just checked and saw that It is not the bugs of Joom Donation . Something strange with your site (maybe javascript and css.. of the template). It makes all the checkbox and radio box has the style , so they are not displayed .
Please give me FTP account and Joomla administrator Account so that I can check your site and fix it for you .

I just spent some more time to your site and found that the error cause by the file templates/rt_solarsentinel_j15/js/rokutils.inputs.js . This script make all the checkbox and radio box invisible, so you don't see the checkbox . Because this script is encrypted, I cannot modify it . Please contact rocket theme team for support in this case because the bugs caused by their script .

Thank you for your help. I did learn that there is a setting in my Rocket Theme template (Input Styling) that needs to be set to "Disabled" in order for the radio and check boxes to work.

Appreciate your quick response (especially since the change had to be made in my template and not your code).
