I just upgraded my site from 1.6.6 to 2.5.7. Everything was working fine before. Now when I try to login to my site from the front end, I get a white page that never loads and it has the current users email address in the upper left corner. The page that is loading has {jdform 1} on it the plug in is installed and enabled.

When I disable the plug, the article will load and the site login confirmation message show up like its suppose too. Do you know if your Joom Donation plugin is completely compatible with 2.5.7? Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. Joom Donation is compatible with Joomla 2.5 and 3.0. However, maybe you are using an old version in your site and that's the reason causes the issue. You will need to get latest version of Joom Donation (you can access to My Downloads menu item to download it if your subscription is still active) and install it to your site. After that, I believe the issue will be fixed.

I downloaded and installed the latest version already. I am afraid that's not the fix as I still have the same issue. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks for the quick reply.

If you still have the issue, I am afraid of there are something on your site causing the issue because it works well here. In this case, please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check and solve it for you.
