Confirmation screen not showing

Sent a support ticket a couple days ago without response. Attached below:

I spoke to you a month or more ago and am just getting the site finished. I ran a few tests and when a donation is completed, the component takes me back to the donation page with no confirmation. I understand that there is a checkbox in the configuration for Fix donate button not working. I have tried donations with this set to yes and no with the same result. Is there a way for me to choose a custom url for the thank you pages all to go to?

When you completed donation, you should be redirected to donation complete page. Maybe something wrong in your site and it causes the issue. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us administrator and FTP account of your site so that we can check and solve it for you.
