403 error trying to save from translation tab

Hi,
In back end (joomla 1.5.26) trying to make change in language tab of component. No problem saving other changes to configuration etc but when trying to save change to translation I get 403 error. URL for page is:
administrator/index.php?option=com_jdonation&task=translation
I hit SAVE which appears to want to go to:
administrator/index.php?option=com_jdonation&task=translation#
But I get 403 error referencing
You don't have permission to access /administrator/index.php on this server

Any ideas?
