After Submit Page does not show confirmation

Hello,

After I click next on the form: www.communitydispute.org/donate-to-cdsc I am not directed to a confirmation page instead that page refreshes and give me an empty form again. I do however receive an email that my donation request was received. Can you please help me with this?

I am running Joomla 1.5.26 on this site and the newest version of Joom Donation for 1.5.26.

Hi Dawn

Please go to Joom Donation -> Configuration, find the config option Fix Donate Button not working, set it to Yes. After that, the issue will be fixed.

I need some help with this issue. Here's a detailed description of what is happening.

1. I set the button to Yes as you recommended.
2. I turned off the offline payment option because it is not working. I need to offer payment via offline though. This is what happens when I try to pay via offline: After I enter the information and click to donate, it shows me the information to confirm it and asks for a captcha entry. I add the captcha and click next and I'm redirected to the empty form.
3. An email is sent to the administrator that a donation has been made via offline.
4. No email is sent to the donator, so they don't know where to send the money nor have they seen any sign that the form worked since the page refreshes to the form again.

We are running a donation campaign shortly. I just renewed my subscription with you and updated the extension to the most current version. Please help me with this.

That's really strange. In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us administrator and FTP account of your site. We will check and solve the issue right away on tomorrow morning (Monday morning my time GMT + 07 for you).
