edit text and adjust spacing on donation form

Can edit this text that appears at the top of the form. Cannot find in the translation..."Use this form to make an online donation. If this is for something specific, please note that in the comment box"

And I would like to adjust the spacing of some of the fields. give a little padding from the field above it.

Yes. It is possible to change the text. Please go to Joom Donation -> Configuration, look at Messages tab, you will see the message and can change it to meet your need.

Regarding increase the spacing of the fields, you can open the css file components/com_jdonation/assets/css/style.css, change css code for css class title_cell, field_cell to meet your need.
