[SOLVED] displaying fill in donation form first

**I figured this out!! I made it as a menu item then used the URL for other "Donate" links throughout the site

When I set the module mod_jdonation to a specific page (the DONATE page), the only thing that comes is a small box that says "amount" and the Dollar choices that are available.

Then when you hit donate, that is where the "Online Donation" main form is with your name, address, email information etc.
Then of course from there, you hit next to make payment.

On the "Donate" page what I want is:
The main fill in form to start with.

Example on this site cardiostart.org/donate/ the "DONATE button" goes straight to this page.

Please help!! I have to show clients tomorrow.
