Campaign Not Required?

Is it possible to not have the campaign required if you have the campaign activation on? I want to give the user the choice to make a general donation or to a specific campaign.

Unfortunately, it is not possible. If you enable Campaign feature, donors will have to choose a campaign for their donation. Maybe you can create a campaign something like "General Donation" so that users can choose when they don't want to donate for any other campaigns ?
