convience fee doesnt work

If I enter an amount in the convience fee and try to make a doantion via paypals sandbox I get this error-

The link you have used to enter the PayPal system contains an incorrectly formatted item amount.

The amount it was trying to process was £9.07 (including the fee) I don't see how thats a wrong amount, what has gone wrong there?

Also I had 4% convience fee set in the ACP and on the donation form it came up with the new total and saying in brackets 3% convience fee which is incorrect as I have set it at 4%

The bug happens because Paypal only allows max two numbers after ".", for example , It allows 2.50 but It doesn't allow 2.541 . I fixed the bug and updated code to lastest version of the extension and to your server .
