Username & Password field

Surely the username & password fields on the donate form should ONLY show if the user isn't logged in if these fields are set to required..

Because at the moment I am logged in and I have to enter my username & password again, but then it throws an error saying that the username/password are already taken.

I fixed the bug and updated the code to lastest version of the extension and to your server . You can check it now .
