How can members create campaigns?

I am using Joom Donation version 2.9.1 (Joomla 2.5.4). Is it possible for registered members to create campaigns? It seems only admins can do this in the backend. I saw a forum posting on this topic but it was 9 months old. So I was hoping for some progress in this area. I don’t use Community Builder but I’m willing to install any other plugin if it provides what I want.

At the moment, the campaigns creation feature is only available in the back-end, not front-end, so only administrator can create campaigns. Registered users cannot create campaigns .

To be honest, I won't integrate it into the extension in near future. If you want to add it to the extension, you can hire us or someone to do it for you. If you want to hire us, it will take us 3 days for the development and will cost you 80$.
