New fields are on all all cmpaigns

We have a site with jdonation that has added another field and it shows up on all campaigns.But it will not show up on just one campaign selected int he dropdown. so it is all or nothing.
Any ideas why this would occur. we have cleared cache et al and still not luck.

I still don't understand the problem you are having. Could you please submit a support ticket sending me administrator account of your site so that I can check the problem you are having ?
