check online certificate status

I am not sure which software, extension, or module to use for this site. The purpose is for the students who complte their driver education to wait to be approved from ministry. Therefore after completing they can check their status online by putting in thier driver's license. Can you please provide me the name, some links, and the cost.Someone will manually put the information in the backend. Thank you.

Unfortunately, right now, there are no extensions can be used for your purpose . So in this case, I think you will have to prepare a detailed requirement and then hire someone to develop this custom extension for you.
