plug_cb_jdonation will not install

when trying to install plug_cb_donation I get:

Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.

The file contains four files, one being the .xml file.

I've attached the complete zip file for your review

The plugin is a CB (Community builder) plugin , not a Joomla plugin . If you are using CB on your site , use CB plugins installation function to install it . Otherwise , you don't need to install it .
