Change summary text

This appears at the top of my donate page:

"Use this form to make an online donation. If this is for something specific, please note that in the comment box."

Where is it and how do I change it? I've looked all over the place for that - in translation and everywhere and cannot find it.

You can login to back-end of your site, then go to Joom Donation -> Configuration, look at Messages tab, find the message and change it to meet your need .
