Problem passing the variables

Hello,
Just purchased and installed the module.
I have the following values set as mandatory and show in the configurations.
First name
Last name
Address
City
State
Zip
Phone
Email

When I fill out the form and press "Next"
It all works, but the above values all show up as blank.

Can you please let me know what the problem is and how I can fix it?

What version are you using ? This issue is really strange , no one reported it so far . Could you give me your site information so that we can check and fix it for you ?
