Installation Error

I just received my confirmation email to download the Joom Donation. The link seems to be to the 2.1 version. I was wondering if this the latest version since I saw threads about a new version today. I am having problem installing the files. I currently am running Joomla version 1.5.8. When I attempt to install the mosdorder_for_joomla_15.zip I get an error message saying "Your Extension appears to be written for an older version of Joomla!. You must enable the System - Legacy Plugin in the Plugin Manager if you wish to complete this task." I thought this extension was created for joomla 1.5.x. Seems like something is going wrong and would appreciate any help.

So my questions are:
Does my joomla version need to be 1.5.14 to work?
Does the joom donation 2.1 work in version 1.5.8?
Does the extensions require that joomla run in legacy mode?

It is really strange . The link you received is a diffirent extension , not Joom Donation . I sent you the extension via email . Please get it and install Joom Donation on your site . Joom Donation works with Joomla 1.5 native . It doesn't require legacy to be turned on .
