I purchased the Joom Donate component on Monday morning. After configuring and testing I couldn't get the component to work. I submitted my info via your contact form noon Monday CST. I submitted through the contact form because your support tickets didn't have a category for Joom Donate.
Wednesday I submitted a support ticket (albeit in another product category) explaining my problem and giving you login info to my site. It's now Friday and I've heard nothing from anyone other than an auto response email generated when I opened the support ticket.
My last resort is to try and get your attention by complaining publicly in your forums.
Please help me with my issue. I've installed the component and after clicking donate the page just refreshes and doesn't do anything.
