Bill to Address

I just purchased Joom Donation and am trying to set up donations through Authorize.net

When I try to complete the donation I get a failure and the message.

Bill To Address Required

I have put in address info in the donation form. Do I need to create some other fields or do I need to make the existing address field mandatory?
