I have asked the same question on numerous occassions and still no action has been taken.

Please assign my order to officeboy*at*officeboy.biz. Like Maxi80, please replace *at* with @.

Hi
We have just developed a new function to our system. You can now login to your account , access to menu item Activate order , enter transaction Id of your purchase . After that , the system will assign the order to your account so that you can get future releases of the extension for free .

The new system isn't working for me. I am currently logged in and I get the following message when I try to access my profile:

"This profile does not exist or is no longer available"

Please see what you can do to correct this for me.

I checked your account and It was 'not confirmed' . I activated your account . You can login to the account , access to menu item to assign order to your account .

Don't mean to be a pain but what transaction ID?

I no longer have my original email but I do have my PayPal receipt which contains a transaction ID. I tried that one but apparently that's not the one you need since it returned an error.

Your assistance is needed again. Thanks.

Transaction ID is the Paypal transaction Id . Could you email us your transaction ID so that we can check with our orders database ?

I emailed the ID. I've tried inputting it a couple of different ways and I'm not having any success.

Let me know if there is anything else you might need from that receipt.
