How to replace "donate" with an other Word ?

I need to replace the button text "donate" with an other word ("donner" in French).

I tried many things but can't do it.

Is there a way to do this ?

UPDATE: Strangely, when the donation form is on screen the button is ok in the column module showing the French translation of "donate" but only when the donation form is on screen. If the user is viewing an other page of the website the button is back to "donate".

As I said in the previous forum post , you need to edit the language file of the module .
