Authorize.net sim plugin

I purchased Joom Donation, but how do I learn about authorize.net SIM?
I have an authorize.net account, the bank, but need a shopping cart or something for transactions to be secure. Would the authorize.net SIM plug in do that?

Authorize.net SIM allows your customers to redirect to Authorize.net to enter creditcard information to make donation instead of of entering creditcard information directly on your site (it is good to use in case your site doesn't have an SSL certificate) .

However, right now, Authorize.net SIM plugin doesn't have recurring donation feature. It only handles onetime donation .
