problem with paypal account

I receive a donation directly from a paypal account not from a cb.

This donation doesn't appear anywhere in my website.

but my paypal account is correctly credited.

do you see a solution ?

Could you explain more detail about your issue ? You made donation via Joom Donation and didn't see the record from back-end ?

sorry for my poor english, it can explain some explanations mistakes.

so, with paypal you can pay with your credit card or directly from your paypal account. in the first case, no problem, the donation appears in the front and the back, everywhere.

but in the second case, the website paypal account is credited, the donators is debited, but nothing appears in front and back.
