Radio List question

I need to have the Radio btns to be "Not-Selected". As of right now, the fields that have radio btns, are already selected. And certain fields definitely do not need to be selected unless the user chooses so.



Is there somewhere in the admin for this module that I can turn this off. And let the user choose to select or not?

You can use checkbox list instead of using radio list .
