We've set up a number of payment campaigns in JoomDonation.
One of them is set up as a one-time payment campaign, to reflect our past membership structure.
The rest of them have been set up as recurring (monthly) payment campaigns.
We allow users to choose which payment campaign they want to use on our organization's membership page at
www.atheistalliance.org/support-aai/aai-membership
. But while the recurring payment campaigns work properly, the one-time payment campaign ("AAI Annual Membership") displays a "Choose payment frequency" message when the user fills in all displayed fields and attempts to confirm the transaction.
Has anyone else dealt with this issue and know of a way to fix it?
