Configuration Page locks up and is slow was created by cevans
Hello,
I have just purchased and installed the component. When I go to the Global Configuration, the configuration page locks up and I cannot configure the component. It locks up in IE7 and IE8.

Hi

The Configuration page loads many editors (each message is an HTML editor) and that might be the reason causing the problem with IE. Could you please try to use Firefox or Google Chrome to change the configuration ?
