Error when unpublishing PayPal

The site I am working on use Authorize.net only as their payment method. After unpublishing the PayPal part in "Payment Plugin Management" section. And reloading the donation form page I got this error:

"This website is temporarily unavailable. Please check back later. Unfortunately there were no suitable nodes available to serve this request."

If I publish the PayPal part, it all goes back to normal.

Any ideas why?

You should be able to unpublish any payment methods you don't want to use. Maybe something special with your site. Could you please submit a support ticket give me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can have a look at it to see what's causing this issue?
