The Joom Donation developer team are proud to announce the release of Joom Donation 5.10.1. This is a second release for the 5.10.x series of Joom Donation with new feature and bugs fixed.
What's new in Joom Donation 5.10.1
1. Add campaign statistic dashboard at frontend side
In this version, we improve User Campaign layout to add more statistic information of campaign like total donated amount, number of donors.. and in Donors list of campaign (bellow), we add option to allow user to filter donation records based on start/end date. Print option is added also.
2. Improve User campaigns layout
The User's campaigns is also improved, now, it's responsive and look nicer than previous
3. Add option to send Request payment emails in Donors management
Now, from Donors list, you can select donation records to send the Payment Request emails to donors if they haven't made the payment for their donation. Content of Payment Request email can be managed in Configuration -> Tab: Emails & Messages
4. Add Gift Aid option
Gift Aid is one of the simplest and most effective ways of giving to charity. It is a scheme administered by HM Revenue and Customs which allows us to claim 25p for every £1 that you donate.
In Joom Donation, you can enable it in Configuration -> Tab: General, then, in Donation form, the checkbox Gift Aid will show
The Gift Aid option can be filtered in Donors management, and it will be included in CSV export function too
5. Improve Joom Donation module
In this version, we add option to show dropdown select list: Campaigns at frontend of module. We also add option to show/hide Raised amount in module parameters form.
6. Improve payment library
Update Omnipay Buckaroo payment library
7. Improve CSV Import tool
Now, you can export donors from current Donation system and import it into different Joom Donation system through tool: CSV Export/ Import of Joom Donation component
