The Joom Donation developer team are proud to announce the release of Joom Donation 5.7.0. This is a first release for the 5.7.x series of Joom Donation with new improvement and addresses issues introduced in previous versions.

What new in Joom Donation 5.7.0

1. Add Statistic View at Backend side
In this version, we add Donation Statistic, it will shows you Total donated amounts, Total donated times based on Campaigns, payment plugins and time periods through Graph.
This tool will shows total donated amounts / goals of campaigns or maximum donated amounts based countries.


2. Add Payment fees for payment plugins
In previous versions, you can only add Payment fee in Joom Donation Configuration, this fee is applied to all payment gateways, this isn't correct because the different payment gateways will have different fee too. From this version, we allow you to add Payment Fee for different payment gateways. The Fees will include percentage fee and fixed fee. Some payment plugins like Paypal gateway need the total of percentage fee and fixed amount fee.


3. Add custom Recurring frequencies for campaigns
From this version, you can setup different Recurring frequencies for your campaigns.


4. Improve Donation form to show/hide Donation type, Tribute donation automatically
This is flexible option in Donation form of new Joom Donation version, the Donation type group will show/hide depend on setting of specific campaigns

5. Improve Joom Donation ACL Management to add "Manage Campaigns" permission
From this version, you can assign permission to Manage Campaigns at frontend side with specific Joomla user groups, and user who have permissions will able to manage/add/edit campaigns from frontend side.


6. Fix issue on Custom fields : State dropdown, Date types
These issues are introduced in previous versions.
